Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, with tags still attached, and within 30 days of delivery. The following conditions apply:
- The item is unworn, unaltered, and unused
- The item is in its original packaging with all original tags and labels attached
- The item is not damaged, soiled, or stained
- The item is not a final sale or clearance item
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at support@nemora.shop with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@nemora.shop and we will assist you further.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us via email at support@nemora.shop with photos of the issue and we will provide instructions on how to exchange it for a replacement.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is delivered safely. Please keep a record of your return tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
